Simon's reaction to Rudy is... well, the behaviour is expected, but everything else very much is not. Simon never really did do hugs, at least not with anyone who wasn't Alisha, but Rudy thrives on making people uncomfortable. It's a game. Especially if it's his friends who already have a built-up tolerance for his shit.
